    The is just a way to enter the program without the hustle pf opening your browser and putting in the address. Pretty neat app very well designed. The program is great and tells you what to eat and how to workout. Great!

    Its one of the best plans to follow up ur workout to get an achievement I wish if add two things 1 music list 2 weight record and number of reps per workout per set
