This app is only for rich people who have new IPhones or new android phones. People who have old versions of phones can’t use this app, so its hard for them to book any appointments on it. I think its not our fault, its a mobile company offers when they want to upgrade or update the version. So I think Nusuk should not help only upper class it should be for everyone. People who are sitting in Madinah office are least bothered and don’t have any courtesy to help people who come to visit rawda. Those people spend thousands of money to visit masjid Nabwi so what if they don’t get the appointment who cares……….

حملت تطبيق نسك لغرض العمره وبعد التسجيل وتسجيل ايميلي الخاص بي وصلتني رسالة من حسابي البنكي بطلب تغيير كلمة المرور لغرض السرقة من مجهول بعد ذا تراسلت مع ايميل التواصل الخاص بتطبيق نسك لاشعار الامن السيبراني بما حصل والى وقت كتابتي لهذا التقييم لم يتم الرد علي

I used to love this app because of the categorized duas and the morning/evening adhkaar along with duas before going to sleep and upon waking up available in Arabic along with their English meaning as well. Ever since the new update, there are no more adhkaar or duas available. I no longer find joy in this app.. it’s extremely disappointing that all duas and adhkaar were removed. It’s more of a tourist app now . It was much better before this new update. Plz bring back the dua and adhkaaar section.

Continuously getting error whole booking Haj package for family for my self and for alot of people known, please fix the issue (Domestic Haj)
