    truly have never had such a bad experience with an app before the deliveries always take longer than any other app and when my order was not delivered they made it seem like it was my fault and did not send a refund when i tried rating the customer service on the app i put unresolved after submitting it put resolved immediately which it was not i will never use this app again so now i didn’t receive my food and wasted my money and all customer service cab say is “we cant offer a refund”

    يعجبني الخصم والاكواد واتمني ما يتغير اتمني تنزيل اسعار التوصيل وتخفيض اسعار الوجبات لانها مرتفعه مقارنه بالمحل نفسه

  • Bad customer service

    I placed an order then delivery guy says his bike is broken and he wont come, had to talk to three different people in customer service for them to finally cancel the order. I deleted the app after that. They kept changing estimated arrival on the app, no compensation was given. Couldnt even raise a complaint. THE WORST SLOWEST CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Not being honest with customers

    They posted a survey and said that if u complete it they’ll give you a 10⃁ voucher, first they let u finish it and only then did they mention it would take a week to receive,a week later I received the voucher but guess what? I have to spend at least 80⃁ before I can even use it, talk about being honest with customers!

    للأسف التجربة ما كانت بالمستوى المتوقع. فيه ملاحظات واضحة على موضوع الأسعار وطريقة عرض بعض العروض، وأحيانًا يشعر المستخدم بوجود عدم وضوح، وهذا شيء يضر بثقة العملاء. أيضًا الدعم الفني جدًا ضعيف، وغالبًا تضطر تشرح المشكلة أكثر من مرة بدون الوصول لحل مناسب أو واضح، وهذا يستهلك وقت العميل بشكل مزعج. وحتى في الحالات اللي يكون فيها الخطأ واضح، نادر يكون فيه تعويض فعلي يرضي العميل أو يخفف من سوء التجربة.
