    I did 4 days and the training I try to do. I created it by myself not on this app from my mind. What is this? I was doing that like every one time in a week this up I was doing a daily. And I tried to do splits, but I got worst and I want it to get harder, but I don’t know from where I hope the app see this and show me how to do it

    Honestly, this is best training app I've ever used recently, but the prevented ads distorted the app. For this I'll never use this app again
