Vimeo, I’m disappointed. Firstly, everything takes so long to process on your app - and this is not an internet connection issue. I think your app is the slowest app to process anything, compared to most video editing apps. The duration it takes to create a preview is so long, it’s especially annoying because when I decide to make minor tweaks on my video or choose a different template....I have to wait and wait and wait again. It’s a great inconvenience. Not to mention the notification AND email I get every. single. time. I go through “creating preview” - do you expect me to switch off my email notifications and app notifications just to get a piece of mind from those of your own, Vimeo?! Please, fix it!!! An additional issue is navigating through the app. It’s all over the place. Why? Finally, I have 2 things to say about your templates: I know you have a team that worked hard to create them, so I do appreciate the effort. But in truth, they are very average, many of them fall below average, and their ability to read into a video and be applied to it is very very poor. Out of the entire 20 seconds of my video, only 2 scenes were given a bit of your “template”. Sometimes, only 1 scene. And that is absurd. I just think you have a lot of work to do before you choose to market your app with a “made easy” slogan.
