The application in the OS is always crashing whenever I try to open it. Cannot even load and crashes outright. Please make some update for IOS users

I am in my Organization’s account at workplace the application is almost same with facebook but only one thing I think developers missed to update, every videos downloaded will have a full black cover that is very unsatisfying and unpleasant to the wall.. I hope they should find a way how to fix it. Thanks.
